How to Order

Step 1: What you are buying?

We sell bare rooted, fully dormant roostocks. We ship them packed well with moist recycled newspaper so the roots won't dry out.  Recyled plactic is used to wrap small orders and cardboard boxes are used for larger orders.
Rootstocks have thir tops removed to approximately 450mm in length (including the root section) for ease of harvest.

Step 2: Who are you buying from?

We are a small nursery and all our rootstocks are propagated on-site. We are not a reseller.

Step 3: How do you deliver and can I collect?

Our dispatch runs from the start of July to mid September each year. Roostocks are fully dormant.

We use Australia Post Express Post to dispatch orders.  Delivery usually takes 2-4 days once dispatched.

Costs for post and packing via Australia Post Express Post for Rootstock Orders:

All States: Minimum post and packing for rootstock orders is $40. This covers 10 rootstocks (irrespective of grade). Each multiple of 10 thereafter is an additional $4.

For example: The post and packing cost for 100 rootstocks is $76. This is made up of the $40 minimum and 9 lots of $4.

We no longer offer local collection.

Step 4: When and how can I order?

Ordering opens in January of each year and runs through to the end of dispatch in mid September.

Please email:  to place your order.

Be sure to include the varieties you would like, a postal address and contact telephone number.  Also if you have a preferred time to receive your roostocks within July, August and mid September.

Step 5: Confirmations

Once your order has been placed we will send you a confirmation invoice. If you don’t receive this within 7-10 days please contact us to make sure we’ve received your order. We will contact you as soon as your rootstocks are ready to be dispatched and organise payment and a convenient time for delivery or collection. We only accept direct deposit for postal orders and cash or direct deposit for orders being collected.
