Refunds and Disclaimer
Please be aware that we reserve the right to refund trees and rootstock that we cannot supply.
While we make every effort to fill your order, occasionally there are circumstances that are beyond our control, which may impact our harvest numbers.
Orders made prior to July are subject to availability at harvest, and we cannot guarantee supply.
In the event that we cannot fill your order, we will offer you the choice of an alternate product or a full refund, whichever suits you best.
Stock availability will be updated in July each year. In an attempt to avoid over selling prior to harvest, a limited number of rootstocks will be available for “pre-sale”. Once final harvest numbers have been quantified, stock inventory numbers will be updated.
If you are ordering before July, you may find that your chosen rootstock is “sold out” due to the limited number on offer for pre-sale. True stock numbers will be updated regularly during the harvest period, but if you have any queries about availability, please don’t hesitate to ask by emailing us at email@example.com

Scion Wood Orders
Please be aware - Scion wood is only sold in conjunction with rootstock orders.
Unfortunately, we do not produce enough scion wood to sell it separately.
If you have ordered scion wood and not ordered rootstock, we will contact you by email to request a rootstock purchase. Failure to purchase rootstock will result in a cancellation of your order without refund.
We strive to provide high quality rootstock, and grade our products to high standards.
Our rootstock and trees are in excellent condition when they are packaged and posted.
We cannot be held responsible for your order once rootstock/trees leave our nursery and are in transit.
If there is a mistake or problem with your order, please let us know by email within 3 days of receipt and we will endeavour to rectify the problem.
Rootstock and trees are living things, and there are many factors are involved in growing your tree successfully. We do not accept any liability if your rootstock/tree fail to grow, do not reach the expected sizes, or do not produce fruit or blossom. However, we will replace trees (if available) or provide a refund where it is clear we are at fault.
We cannot accept returns, due to quarantine restrictions for Tasmania.
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know promptly so that we can make stock available for other customers.
Order cancellations may incur an administration fee. Orders paid by credit card will have incurred a transaction fee and this fee is non-refundable.
