Apple Rootstock
Apple rootstock are suitable for grafting all fruiting apples and flowering Crabapples.
There are many options available for apple rootstock. These will determine the mature size of the tree, how long before the tree bears fruit, the soil type your tree will grow best in, and resistance to some root diseases.

*Please note: all percentages for mature tree size are given as a guide only and the eventual size of your grafted tree will be influenced by a number of factors, including the soil type and fertility, local climate conditions and the vigour of the scion wood cultivar.
