Fruit ripening time: March - April

 

A huge apple! It can grow as big as 700 g with no compromise in flavour. A refreshingly crisp apple with a lovely mildly sweet flavour and a pleasant sub-acid. 

 

A green apple with a striped red blush, conical in shape. The flesh is pure white, moderately hard and very crisp. 

 

Uses: Excellent fresh eating. Good for cooking and will become light and fluffy when cooked. 

 

Pollinators: Akané, Belle Cacheuse, Braeburn, Bonza, Cleopatra, Cornish Aromatic, Cox’s Orange Pippin, Cripps Pink, Democrat, Fuji, Freyberg, Gala, Geeveston Fanny, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Jonathan, Kingston Black, Lady in the Snow, Laxton’s Fortune, Prince Alfred, Red Delicious, Sturmer, Worcester Pearmain, Yarlington Mill, and white flowering Crabapples.
